FELLOWS COURSE
The CHF Fellows Course will be held on Thursday, November 5th, prior to the Chicago Hemodynamic Forum.
The 2026 Fellows Course has been designed to meet the educational needs of General Cardiology, Interventional Cardiology, Advanced Heart Failure Cardiology, Cardiac Critical Care Fellows-in-Training and Cardiology-interested Residents.

FULL SCHOLARSHIP INCLUDES
- Round-Trip Airfare or Mileage Reimbursement, in accordance with Scholarship Guidelines
- Hotel Accommodations (2 Nights) on Wednesday, November 4th and Thursday, November 5th
- Reimbursement of approved out-of-pocket expenses
- Complimentary registration at the Chicago Hemodynamic Forum on Friday, November 6th
