4. Complete evaluation, credit request form, ABIM MOC request (if applicable), and download or print credit statement/certificate. MOC credit will appear in your ABIM account within 30 days after successful completion of your request. 

Participants have 60 days to claim credit. 

ABIM MOC points will be reported within 30 days of claiming credit.

American Medical Association (AMA)

This activity has been planned and implemented in accordance with the accreditation requirements and policies of the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) through the joint providership of CMEsolutions and Gaffney Events.
